All payments made to SkyLn Productions are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Payments for workshops, training sessions, or other services.

Participants are encouraged to thoroughly review all details and requirements before making any payments. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

2. Participant Cancellations

  • If you choose to withdraw or cancel your participation in any event, program, or service, you will not be eligible for a refund of any fees paid.
  • We do not accommodate requests for refunds due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations by SkyLn Productions

  • In the rare event that SkyLn Productions must cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), participants will be promptly notified.
  • Refunds will not be issued for canceled or rescheduled events. However, we may offer alternative arrangements such as credits for future events or opportunities to participate in rescheduled programs, at our discretion.

4. Eligibility and Disqualifications

  • If a participant is disqualified due to non-compliance with event rules, eligibility criteria, or terms and conditions, no refund will be provided.
  • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they meet all stated requirements before registering.

5. Payment Errors

6. Non-Transferable Fees

  • Fees paid to SkyLn Productions are non-transferable. You may not transfer your registration or fees to another individual or event without prior written approval.

SkyLn Productions is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses incurred as a result of event cancellations, changes, or participant withdrawals.
